• Support voice and communication tools for caregivers • Turn requirements into reliable solutions • Help test features and validate changes • Ensure systems operate smoothly • Track and coordinate with telcos • Manage installs, disconnects, and upgrades • Organize work items and update documentation • Support demos and resolve issues quickly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- equivalent education and experience
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment (preferred)
  • 3 or more years managing carrier voice circuit inventory (preferred)
  • End-to-End Program/Project Management Experience (preferred)
  • Solution / Service Design Requirement & Specification Writing Experience (preferred)
  • Stakeholder & Caregiver Engagement + Communication Experience (preferred)
  • Analytical Problem Solving & Decision-Making Experience (preferred)
  • Quality Ownership & Continuous Improvement Experience (preferred)
