Role Description
The Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day processes of the Software Support Center, including but not limited to:
- Queue management
- Queue call coverage
- Responding to emails
- Live chat
- Troubleshooting
- Other escalated Client issues
The Professional Services Representative / Specialist will work within a fast-paced, service-oriented, and results-driven environment. The successful candidate will:
- Be a strong communicator who is action-oriented
- Have experience with implementations and integrations
- Deliver training
- Collaborate with colleagues in all areas of the business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales, and finance
