Role Description
This role involves supporting the content creation team with research and insights for live content programming.
- Research trending topics and emerging themes in the AV/tech industry to inform programming decisions
- Identify and curate speaker candidates (shortlists, background research, relevance to target audiences)
- Curate and synthesize data to support decision-making: basic dashboards and weekly snapshots (registrations, attendance, audience trends), plus post-event insights/recaps
- Organize session metadata, speaker lists, and documentation to keep planning materials clean and up to date (as needed)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (current enrollment in an Associates program will be considered), ideally in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Highly organized, strong research skills, comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Ability to summarize findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders
