Job Description
• Review and submit expense reports for 5 Vice Presidents
• Manage expense reporting using SAP Concur
• Follow checklists and SOPs when reviewing expense submissions
• Review receipts for accuracy (dates, amounts, and expense categories)
• Identify and separate personal vs business expenses
• Detect duplicate or incorrect expense submissions
• Communicate with VPs if clarification or additional information is required
• Process expense reports every payout cycle
• Support expense submissions for directors
• Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting, administrative, or bookkeeping experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and structured checklists
- Comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed
- High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
