Role Description

We are looking for a Paid Social Ad Builder who will be responsible for the execution and operational management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.

  • Build and launch performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow established naming conventions and account structure.
  • Implement campaign setups including CBO, ABO, audience targeting, and ad variations.
  • QA creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and platform requirements.
  • Maintain organized libraries of creative assets and performance insights.
  • Track creative performance and maintain an internal swipe file of top-performing ads.
  • Implement and verify tracking setups including pixels, events, and UTMs across platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly configured for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Flag tracking issues before campaigns go live.
  • Track key paid social metrics including creative hit rate and campaign performance.
  • Prepare weekly performance updates ahead of growth team meetings.
  • Identify patterns among top-performing creatives, products, and creators.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop reviews and flag negative feedback to internal teams.
  • Track key TikTok Shop metrics including GMV, orders, conversion rate, and AOV.
  • Support campaign execution and creative launches related to TikTok Shop growth.
  • Recommend tactical optimizations to media buying leads.
  • Support audience testing, ad copy testing, and creative testing initiatives.
  • Conduct landing page audits and assist with A/B testing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with CBO, ABO, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and pixel events
  • Experience launching and managing paid social campaigns
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working with U.S.-based ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Exposure to campaigns on TikTok and AppLovin is a plus
