About the role:
We’re looking for a creative, self-starting intern to join the Marketing & Communications Team beginning June 2026.
As our Communications Intern for BBYO Passport, you’ll play a key role in helping us manage a detailed communications calendar for Passport’s travel programs, ensure our website and materials are updated for summer launch, and support real-time messaging to parents and teens throughout the summer. You’ll also help curate photography, assist with content development for new trips, and learn how to use key marketing tools. If you’re an adaptable, quick thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we want to hear from you!
What you'll get to do as the Communications Intern:
- Manage and execute a detailed communications calendar for BBYO Passport travel programs
- Assist with website updates and ensure content is refreshed ahead of summer launch
- Draft and edit written communications (emails, letters, blog-style parent trip updates, etc.) for parents, teens, and stakeholders
- Curate and organize photography archive for marketing and social media content
- Learn and use key digital tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Umbraco, Sprout Social, Airtable, and ClickSend (prior experience not required)
- Support real-time trip communications, including logistical updates and engaging storytelling
- Take on special projects to enhance BBYO Passport’s marketing and communications efforts
- Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You’re a college student looking to grow your marketing and communications skills, and excited about the opportunity to help BBYO communicate with teens and families about our Passport travel programs. You’re also:
- A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to pivot quickly when needed
- Excited to learn and apply best practices in digital marketing and communications
- A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team
- Familiar with BBYO, teen travel, or Jewish community experiences (preferred but not required)
- Enrolled in college, preferably studying marketing, communications, journalism, or media
