Job Description
• Partner with senior leaders in Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and GTM
• Design and build tools, integrations, and automation
• Map and continuously improve data flows and processes
• Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows
• Build solution-grade analytics
• Develop and maintain full-context documentation
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in integration engineering, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar roles in fast-paced environments
- Technical and hands-on, understanding APIs/data models, working in modern business systems
- Analytical, fluent in unit economics, margin mechanics, resource constraints
- Ability to ship spreadsheets, scripts, automations, and lightweight apps
- Thinks in systems, designs workflows and data models that are observable
- High throughput and a bias to action, able to communicate clearly with senior leaders.
