Job Description
• Manages complex client portfolios and products such as Business Purpose Loans and Early Buyouts
• Understand and develop complex client reporting
• Manages all client and investor requests with appropriate Senior Management and Departments.
• Manages and coordinates all client and investor activities with all departments.
• Provides recommendations around specific strategies on a portfolio down to loan level basis that include, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and REO.
• Ensures reports are available, timely, and accurate for monitoring all departments’ daily performance to ensure that all business objectives are achieved.
• Ensures that policies and procedures are updated, maintained and followed by management and staff to facilitate compliance with servicing agreements and standards.
• Provides recommendations for procedural changes and improvements as they pertain to each department.
• Examines policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Stays abreast of changes to federal and state mortgage laws and regulations affecting operations.
• Provides assistance to any department or area in order to complete company task or objectives.
• Participates in strategic planning throughout the organization.
• Provides loan level analysis to clients and investors.

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or higher in business related field from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum ten years' mortgage loan servicing and client management required
