About the Role

Braintrust is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO and GTM leadership team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping scale their time, streamline priorities, and ensure the business operates with focus and efficiency.

The work is fast-paced, highly visible, and constantly evolving. You’ll help manage complex priorities, keep leadership focused on the highest-impact work, and ensure cross-team coordination. If you enjoy solving new problems every day, building smart systems, and partnering with leaders who value excellence and trust, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across the CEO and GTM leaders, including internal leadership meetings and external meetings with customers, partners, and candidates

  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize time around the company’s most important work

  • Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, and context

  • Track action items, deadlines, and commitments across meetings and initiatives to ensure follow-through

  • Draft, organize, and manage communications on behalf of executives when appropriate

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives

  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, off-sites, customer events, and team gatherings

  • Manage budgets and expenses on behalf of executives

  • Identify inefficiencies in how work gets done and build lightweight systems, documentation, or workflows to improve speed and clarity

  • Use AI and automation tools to eliminate repetitive work and create leverage for yourself and your executives

  • Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and strong judgment

  • Represent leadership with professionalism and build trusted relationships across the company

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, preferably in tech

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars with frequent changes and competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information

  • High EQ and the ability to build trust with executives and cross-functional partners

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and proactively taking ownership of work

  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI, automation, or tooling to streamline work and increase efficiency

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives

  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

  • Background in a high-growth startup environment

  • Familiarity with Slack workflows, AI assistants, or automation tools

Benefits include

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Daily lunch, snacks, and beverages

  • Flexible time off

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • AI Stipend
