Job Description
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Instructional Designer within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business. In this role, you will design and develop high-impact training and documentation that supports onboarding, continuous learning, and operational excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Department Leads, Product, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex processes and systems into clear, scalable learning solutions. You will report directly to the Senior Director Content & Training and regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners across Operations, Product, and Client Support.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Writing and maintaining comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation that prioritize learner experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather accurate information, validate technical content, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Working closely with SMEs to ensure all documentation and training materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with evolving business processes and strategic priorities
- Designing and implementing end-to-end learning programs and curricula using structured instructional design methodologies, including process flows, system walkthroughs, and decision trees
- Applying adult learning principles to create effective training solutions across multiple formats and delivery methods
- Managing multiple content development projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training and documentation assets
- Producing blended learning deliverables such as SOPs, eLearning modules, microlearning, simulations, job aids, knowledge checks, and certification materials for technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or technical content creation, preferably within a technology-focused environment
- Strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems; familiarity with Seismic Learning, Salesforce, and Zingtree is a strong plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and content accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive with a strong work ethic
