Job Description

• Act as a critical thought partner and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and others to provide visibility • Become the subject matter expert for data management including data integrity, acquisition, mining, analysis, metrics and reporting for the finance team • Drive strategic initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights • Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to build, scale, and continuously refine our financial infrastructure • Own special projects / ad hoc analyses - constant change will bring new ideas, initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities that you will assess and drive with creative, data-driven approaches

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as; Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and/or data roles with at least 2 years of experience in an analytics or technical role, using SQL regularly to analyze data and provide insights
  • Expert fluency in SQL-based data manipulation
  • High level of comfort creating dashboards in Looker/Tableau or comparable software
  • High proficiency with Excel or G-sheets
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-level financial systems and processes
