Role Description

A great opportunity is available for an assertive, personable, and persuasive person to join the Inside Sales Center Team at Renewal by Andersen, the most recognized name in windows. The challenging (yet fun) job will be a remote position in the Central or Eastern Time Zones. You will be interacting with prospective customers and setting appointments up for our sales consultants to meet with prospective customers in their home. Make great money while working full time.   • As an Inside Sales Center (ISC) Specialist, you will play a key role in helping homeowners get a solution to their problem windows.
  • Your listening skills, conversational style, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and sales experience equip you with core competencies to succeed in your new job.
  • The ISC Outbound Specialist is an elevated Inside Sales role that will focus on reaching out to targeted leads that require advanced sales skills for the purpose of scheduling an in-home consultation.
  • Even if some homeowners decide not to schedule a consultation, your role will be to leave them with an exceptionally positive phone experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of sales/call center experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present a positive image of the company.
  • Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends).

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience (nice-to-have).
  • Two or more years of sales experience in a call center environment is preferred (nice-to-have).

Pay Range

$17.28 - $33.12

Profit Sharing

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
