Role Description

As the Founding AI Systems Engineer at iinvest.ai, you will architect the core infrastructure for an AI-powered operating system revolutionizing how the world trades and scales financial brands. You will bridge the gap between sophisticated LLM agents and high-performance financial data systems, building the foundation for a platform currently in high-demand beta.

• Architect and deploy scalable AI pipelines that power the core trading OS, ensuring low-latency execution and high reliability.
• Develop and optimize agentic workflows that automate complex market analysis and financial brand scaling for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to translate product vision into production-ready distributed systems and AI models.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in backend systems engineering with a proven track record of deploying LLM-based applications into production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Rust and experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and real-time data processing.
• Previous experience in fintech, high-frequency trading, or developing complex SaaS platforms with a high degree of autonomy.
