• Build, lead, and mentor the Project Management organization • Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management • Establish project governance frameworks, processes, and standards for the PM organization • Oversee project execution from contract award through commissioning and operational handoff • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality • Lead internal and customer-facing project meetings to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and progress tracking
