Role Description

Join a pioneering telehealth team providing very low-dose ketamine therapy to patients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. You will conduct remote video consultations, assess eligibility, and manage treatment plans using AI-assisted workflows. • Conduct clinical video consultations to assess patient eligibility for very low-dose ketamine therapy for mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage treatment protocols while educating patients on safety, efficacy, and expectations in a telehealth environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize AI-powered tools to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active DEA and preferably multi-state licenses in CA, FL, NY, TX, or across the MA/MI/WA/IL/CO/AZ cluster.
• Proven clinical competence in managing controlled substances and a deep understanding of mental health conditions like PTSD and treatment-resistant depression.
• Exceptional telehealth bedside manner with the ability to project a polished, warm, and professional presence that builds immediate trust with vulnerable patients.
