Job Description
• Ensure the successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for healthcare customers.
• Implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise.
• Take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for deployments.
• Conduct requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing.
• Communicate status to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules.
- 4+ years consulting experience
- Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing.
- Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry.
- Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling prioritization and managing of multiple initiatives.
- Strong mentorship and partnership skills, with a focus on encouraging a collaborative and positive environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
