Job Description
• Provide technical support and guidance to field associates
• Lead and train field associates on non-Otis escalator equipment
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices in accordance with EH&S standards
• Investigate and resolve critical customer problems
• Interface with internal and external customers for consults
• Monitor field tests, inspections, and reports of escalators
• Assist regions regarding malfunctioning escalator equipment
Job Requirements
- High school degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years relevant technical elevator experience required
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable in a technical environment with Microsoft software
- Working knowledge of non-Otis software and experience with Otis and non-Otis products preferred
